Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, or schedule a bulky item pickup for furniture.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
